Founded in March 2004, Liangshan Suoma (Group) Co., Ltd. is based in Naituo Industrial Park, Yuexi County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan, with the registered capital of RMB 300 million yuan. It has been rated as one of top 50 enterprises with comprehensive industrial benefits in Liangshan Prefecture for five years consecutively and listed as one of 20 key industrial enterprises by the People’s Government of Liangshan Prefecture.
公司主要经营的业务范围有：铅锌矿、重晶⽯矿的勘探、采选；铅锌冶炼；磷肥、硫酸、电解锌、氧化锌⽣产；铅精矿、锌精矿、铁矿⽣产销售；房地产开发等。其产业覆盖⼯业、矿业、地产和投资等板块。实有资产达到50亿元以上；年销售收⼊20亿元左右。现拥有本部索玛锌品厂、甘洛鸿利达矿业有限公司、西昌东方航天旅游公司、西昌长安综合开发有限公司等多家子公司。
he Company is engaged in the following major businesses: exploration, mining and beneficiation of zinc-lead and barite ores; lead and zinc smelting; production of phosphate fertilizer, sulfuric acid, electrolytic zinc and zinc oxide; production and sales of lead concentrate, zinc concentrate and iron ore; real estate development, etc., which cover industry, mining, real estate, investment and other sectors. It possesses the actual assets ofover RMB 5 billion yuan and can realize the annual sales income of about RMB 2 billion yuan. At present, it owns several subsidiaries, such as Suoma Zinc Products Factory, Ganluo Honglida Mining Co., Ltd., Xichang Oriental Aerospace Tourism Company, Xichang Chang’an Comprehensive Development Co., Ltd., etc....

凉山索玛集团有限公司本部生产厂：由电锌、硫酸、磷肥、次氧化锌、电站五个生产分厂组成。占地面积250亩。
生产规模：年产电解锌20000吨，硫酸35000吨，磷肥60000吨。自备电站装机3200KW， 年发电量2800万度。
全资子公司三个：
1,甘洛鸿利达矿业有限责任公司（拥有甘洛县老915-I，老915-Ⅱ，乐日沟I等三宗铅锌矿矿权。年产矿石量8-10万吨左右。
2,西昌东方航天旅游有限公司投资的四川省会东县老口乡水磨房铅锌矿详查探矿权正在探矿并办理探转采。初步查明铅锌储量6万吨。重晶石储量300万吨。该公司在上市公司“西昌电力”中持有500万股。
3,德昌红柱石矿业有限责任公司。已查明红柱石储量198万吨，矿物量36.70万吨，正在办理探转采。
2.控股子公司二个。
1,成都市彭州正合矿业有限责任公司,投资有彭州牛坪铜矿探矿权，正在探矿。
2,西昌市长安综合开发有限责任公司（在西昌拥有储量土地230亩）。目前正在开发的有西昌枫丹丽舍小区，海月里繁华里等房地产项目五十万平方米。
